Three-size foaming station
We are proud to support B Medical Systems in this important task. Working closely together, we developed and built a three-size foaming station that insulates the company’s double-walled plastic containers efficiently and uniformly with a layer of rigid polyurethane foam.
The foaming station serves as a precise support mold during foam injection and expansion. A controlled tilting motion allows displaced air to escape reliably, ensuring uniform insulation without air pockets.
