We are an owner-managed family business with around 180 employees on three continents, of whom 110 are located in Mindelheim.

Professional development

Technology is evolving constantly, and so is the BBG family. We continuously update our knowledge with targeted further training measures.

If you would like to further your professional development, we will be happy to support you on your way to becoming a business administrator, master craftsman or technician. You can also study part-time or work in one of our subsidiaries in China and the USA.

Customized working time models: With us, everyone can arrange their working time to suit their personal circumstances.

Company pension plans: We support our employees in their pension plans by providing subsidies that exceed the statutory requirements.

Company card: Every employee receives a BBG Mastercard, to which 44 Euros per month are credited, which are exempt from taxation and social security. The company card also entitles employees to various discounts on online purchases.

Joint ventures: As a BBG family, we do a lot of things together, be it a company outing, a family day or sporting event and other parties and celebrations. Family members are welcome at many events.

Health promotion: We offer in-house lectures and courses by competent partners on various health topics, ranging from A for app to improve your vision to Z for Zumba.

Social commitment

A family is a social community. As the BBG family, we are socially involved in the community. For example, we support the Kaufbeuren-based aid organization Humedica and the children's hospice in Bad Grönenbach with donations of time and money.

We call for participation in the charity run Wings for Life and take over the registration fee for the active sportsmen from our company and any participating relatives.
