Adapting existing systems to new requirements

Products, processes and production requirements change over time. In many cases, existing production systems can be adapted to new tasks and selectively upgraded.

BBG plans and implements modifications and upgrades to tools, machines and production systems, including equipment from other manufacturers. Depending on the requirements, we adapt mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and control components, integrate additional functions, extend interfaces and adapt existing technology to new tools, components or processes.

Together with you, we define the new requirements and assess which modifications are technically appropriate. We then handle the engineering and implementation as well as the commissioning of the modified or upgraded system.

If required, we can also support you during the subsequent production ramp-up.
