At our production sites in Germany, the USA and China, our Technical Centers provide the equipment and expertise required for testing and ramping up molds and production processes, as well as for producing samples, prototypes and low-volume parts.
Use our Technical Centers for:
You can use our production equipment for your own trials and manufacturing tasks, with support from our specialists if required. Alternatively, we can handle production for you. Materials and components can be supplied by you.
For recurring low-volume requirements, we can store your molds and tools in our tool storage facility and keep them ready for their next production run. We manufacture the required parts on demand, allowing you to avoid maintaining dedicated production equipment or interrupting your ongoing production processes. If required, we can also take care of packaging and direct shipment to your customer.

Reliable Used Equipment from BBG
For certain applications, used equipment can be a practical and cost-effective solution. What matters is that it operates reliably, meets technical safety requirements and is suitable for the specific production process.
BBG offers used mold carrier and press systems, metering machines and other equipment for plastics and polyurethane processing. Depending on the condition of the equipment and its intended use, we can inspect, overhaul and modernize it and adapt it to the specific application. On request, we can also handle transportation, installation and commissioning at your site.

If the machine you need is currently unavailable, you can ask us to search for suitable equipment. With our international network and many years of market experience, we support you in finding the right solution and let you know as soon as suitable equipment becomes available.
Looking to sell a machine?
We can also support you in selling used machinery. We assess the technical specifications and condition of the machine, provide an estimate of its realistic market value and identify potential refurbishment or modernization measures.
If required, we can also handle the technical refurbishment and the entire relocation process, from dismantling and transportation to installation and commissioning at the new owner's site.
